Mitch was excellent to deal with. He came to our home to apply the paint protection. He was very reliable, made a date for the work to be done and kept us informed about when he would arrive and turned up on time. The car looks excellent. Would highly recommend.

Booking was super easy, the website had plenty of detail for each package. Mitch provided great advice over the phone as well. He also recommended a local tinter who also did a great job prior to the treatment. Fair prices for brilliant work here, definitely recommended!

Mitchell was fantastic. He took all the time needed to do the most spectacular job on my HD Rocker. I thought it looked good beforehand, but when he finished it was a true showstopper. His work ethic is outstanding and the attention to detail is beyond belief. Mitchell will be doing all of my detailing work from now on. Had NXTZEN ceramic coating done by Mitch, complete external and internal protection. I am stoked with how the paint has such a deep and glossy shine and is like a mirror. Mitch also made the whole process extremely easy as I work away and struggle to do mid week appointments. His prices I believe are very good value. How do you make a brand new car look even better? The answer is easy - take it to Mitch! He was really good to deal with and did a beautiful job on the car. He even reduced the price by $200 because he had put a special on after I had booked my car in that I was unaware of. It's great to see a young bloke having a go and making all the right moves in the customer service side of his business. Highly recommended, thanks Mitch.

We had the NXTZEN ceramic coating applied and couldn't be happier. Thought the car which was brand new had a great shine but after Newcastle Auto Protection finished their magic, the shine certainly went up a level. It makes the cleaning process so easy and quick as well. We would definitely recommend Newcastle Auto Protection without hesitation.
